CLIENT POLICIES & BOUNDARIES

We’re committed to giving every client our full attention, creativity, and best work. To keep projects running smoothly and ensure every client receives the level of service they’re paying for, we have a few non-negotiable policies.

BEFORE WE WORK TOGETHER

NO THIRD-PARTY MARKETING COMPANIES

We do not collaborate with, report to, coordinate with, or work alongside outside marketing agencies, social media companies, advertising companies, or other third-party companies brought into a client’s account.

The exception: professional videographers hired specifically for video production.

When you hire us, you’re hiring us to handle our part of your marketing directly with you.

OUR HOURS ARE

Our business hours are strictly 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Calls, texts, emails, content requests, revisions, and other business-related communication received after 3:00 PM will be addressed during the next business day.

We respect our clients’ time, and we ask that our time be respected as well.

CLIENT WORK IS FOR CLIENTS

If you are a client and ask us to help, create content for, advise, photograph, market, or complete work for another business or individual who is not a client, we will respectfully decline.

Time is money, and our clients are paying for our time.

Anyone interested in our services is always welcome to contact us directly about becoming a client.

NO SAME-DAY PHOTO OR REEL REQUESTS

Need us on location for photos, reels, or content creation?

We require at least one week’s notice whenever possible.

Same-day calls asking us to come out and shoot content cannot be guaranteed and will generally be declined.

Planning ahead allows us to reserve the proper amount of time for you and ensures we can deliver the quality of work you expect.

RESPECT THE PROCESS

These policies aren’t here to make things difficult—they allow us to protect our schedule, stay organized, and provide every paying client with the attention they deserve.

Great marketing takes planning. Great partnerships require boundaries.

Thank you for respecting ours.
